Okay, there are three primary factors that will take you to the promise land when you control them effectively. They are:
- Nutrition
- Oxygen/Metabolism
- Supplementation
Mastering the third of the "magic trio" is a matter of choice. Since nutrition and metabolism (aka diet and exercise) can provide you with the results you desire in and of themselves, you'll need to really consider the amazing benefits that proper Supplementation has to offer you, as well as any potential liabilities.

Screw the four food groups, and screw the food pyramid while we're at it! These were industry-driven concepts that have no real place on our dinner plates. The healthiest foods in the world are, without question or debate... green vegetables! Really, who doesn't know that?

GOURMET SALADS!
There's a good ratio for you to remember here: 70/30. This means that you'll be having awesome, BIG, main-course salads for lunch and dinner on a daily basis, which consist of 70% raw, dark, green, leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, leaf lettuce, etc.) and 30% whatever the heck you want (within reason - we'll get in to what you want to skip in a moment).
